Opis
Former country house Groenhoven
This is a short walk of approximately 3 km. It can be muddy when it's been raining and there can be prickly plants where the cache is hidden.
In our backyard is this nice landscape park on the border of the village of Oud-Zuilen. It was once part of a country house.
The country house was demolished in 1902, but the park forest with a pond (constructed around 1800) has largely survived. The orchard and meadows (now a nature reserve) have also remained. The park forest and its pond can also be visited, but this walk doesn't include it.
We often go for a walk here, and have found nice geocaches here as well, in the past. These no longer exist, so it's high time to place a new one.
