De Eendracht is a polder mill built in 1771 in the North Holland city of Alkmaar. It is a round stone mill of the ground sailor type with an Old Dutch sail cross. The Eendracht is the last remaining stone polder mill in North Holland. He ground the polder until 1931; then this task was taken over by the electric pumping station next to the mill. The Eendracht mill has never been inhabited. The miller's house, which burned down shortly after the mill was decommissioned, was located next to the mill. Over the years, the polder has largely been built on, and the mill is now on the edge of the Bergerhof residential area. After years of standstill, the Eendracht mill was made turning in the seventies of the 20th century. In 2000 it was restored with great care. To this end, the watercourses have been restored and a wooden paddle wheel has been placed in the mill. The mill can be visited when it is running.
